TAF alert colouring uses ETD/ETA ±30 minutes for FM and the published DDHH/DDHH periods for BECMG, PROB, TEMPO and INTER. Runway planning uses the expected prevailing TAF wind at ETD/ETA, not the current AWS/METAR wind. Magnetic runway headings use WMM2025 at the runway threshold. Conditional TEMPO/INTER/PROB winds are not treated as the expected runway wind. Verify actual wind and runway with ATIS/ATC and approved sources.
